Since WWE released several stars from their contracts back in April, there have been rumours flying around as to where the athletes will go next. It looks like one of the released stars are heading to Impact Wrestling following a social media video tease earlier today.
Heath Slater, former WWE and SmackDown Tag Team Champion posted the following video to Twitter suggesting a return on July 18th.

Is it a coincidence that July 18th is the date of Impacts upcoming pay-per view Slammiversary. The promotion has teased that several former WWE stars could make an appearance.
Two of the most recent names that have signed to the promotion are Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows who have allegedly struck a deal where they can still compete in NJPW.
A whole host of names have been rumoured to make an appearance at the pay per view including EC3 and Eric Young, Mike Bennet and Maria Kanellis and possibly even Rusev. With all these names being rumoured as well as the matches they have scheduled, Slammiversary will be worth a watch.
