TNT Champion and AEW Executive Vice President Cody has taken to social media to reassure fans that although there has been a change in management at WarnerMedia, it will not affect the promotion in any way.

It was reported earlier this week that Kevin Reilly, the president of TNT, TBS and TruTV was released by WarnerMedia. Reilly was a big supporter of All Elite Wrestling and has a big part to play in securing their current TV deal.

Many fans took to Twitter to discuss their concerns, but Cody has made it known that the relationship between the Promotion and the TV Network is still strong. A fan asked if they should be worried about the situation. His reply is below:

Cody also replied to another comment to say that plans for a second TV show is still being planned meaning nothing his changed in that regard.

AEW continue to dominate the ratings against WWE’s NXT show. This week’s dynamite show drew its highest total viewership since March with 901,000 viewers and continued to be DemoGods in the important 18-34 demographic. Hopefully, the change in management at TNT will not negatively affect how well Tony Khan’s promotion are doing.
