On Last nights episode of Dynamite, AEW informed us that Fyter Fest is set to air over two nights, July 1st and July 8th. The event will be shown for free on TNT both nights.

Some backstage news and details was also reported today by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio. He stated that the July 1st show will be live, however, the July 8th show will be taped on July 2nd. Could this leave the option of one or more cinematic matches like the extremely successful Stadium Stampede at All or Nothing?

Meltzer also noted that the event will be treated as a pay per view in terms of match quality and length. He said that all storylines heading into Fyter Fest has already been written and planned out.

As of now, we know Casino Ladder Match winner, Brian Cage will be facing Jon Moxley for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship.

Also, Kenny Omega and Hangman Page are scheduled to defend the AEW World Tag Team Championships versus The Best Friends.

It was noted during Dynamite last night that all titles will be defended. This is kind of giving off WCW Clash of Champions vibe. We will keep you updates as matches are confirmed.
