Eagerly Awaited Title Re-design Has Been Completed

At the end of 2019 we seen a newly designed Intercontinental championship belt introduced to WWE. The iconic White strap was replaced by a black one with gold facings. Some say to imitate the AEW world Championship.

Many fans did not mind the new design, but they felt that the intercontinental title was probably one of the more attractive straps and didn’t need touched.

We reported a few weeks ago that WWE were planning to re-design the aesthetics of the United States Championship. Many fans feel that the current design looks more like a child’s toy than a professional title.

Up until now we have had no official word as to when the strap would be redesigned, and when we originally reported we thought it might be a while considering a lot of businesses have been closed during the Coronavirus pandemic.

We got information from WrestleVotes today that the title was going to be debuted on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
