AEW will be aiming to win the Wednesday night ratings war for the second week in a row this week. Although Tony Khan’s promotion have topped the elusive 18-49 demographic for some time, they will still want another victory over NXT.

In a recent interview the current AEW Champion talked about how much he loves the company. He also discussed wrestling’s new generation of fans and what hardcore fans can get excited about for tomorrow night. Moxley teased that there will be a “big surprise” coming to fans who tune in to tomorrow night’s episode of AEW: Dynamite on TNT.

In last week’s special edition of Dynamite, Fight for the Fallen, Moxley retained his Championship over Brian Cage after Cage’s manager Taz threw in a towel to stop a submission move. Cage then laid a beatdown on Moxley which prompted Darby Allin to return and target Cage, who injured him over a month ago.

Speaking on the Dan Le Batard show, Jon Moxley said:

“This Wednesday night is going to be an awesome show. I’m not going to spoil it, but I will tell you, I will give you this information: Tomorrow night on Dynamite, there will be a big surprise and one that made me exceedingly happy. Especially for kind of the more hardcore fans who kind of follow the scene around the world, you’re going to get a big surprise and it will be an even more casual fan or first time viewers, it will be an absolute treat to watch. I tell you this there will be an absolute kick-ass match tomorrow night.”

During the interview Moxley admitted that he was a professional at promoting himself and his brand, so hopefully we are in for a treat.
