More bad news for WWE athletes and management. It is being reported that there has been another round of positive Coronavirus tests last week.
It had been previously reported that there had been issues at WWE’s performance centre last week during tapings. The company had planned to record multiple shows on August 4th but ended up having to cut it short. It was initially rumoured that the cancelation was due to organisation problems.
In a recent update we have been informed that last week’s delay in tapings was caused by WWE staff testing positive for COVID-19.
It is being reported by PWInsider that shows had to be cancelled at the last minute due to people showing up as positive for the virus. The reports states that this information has come from three different sources.
Back in June WWE changed their protocols and made significant changes after it was reported that up to 30 members of WWE had the Virus.
There is no word on who has tested positive in this latest round of results, however if and when we receive any names we will keep you updated.
