The Nature Boy Ric Flair has told TMZ News he has filed a lawsuit with WWE after they refused to pay the Hall of Famer royalties for Becky Lynch’s ‘The Man’ gimmick.
The former pro wrestler claims it infringes upon his gimmick which he’s been using since 1981. To be the man, you’ve got to beat the man is actually copyrighted by Flair.
Triple H has been bade aware of Flair’s issues with the use of ‘The Man’ gimmick and has no beef with Becky Lynch.
He claims WWE lawyers have been very disrespectful towards him.
His daughter Charlotte is upset her dad has filed the lawsuit against the company she’d currently works in but Flair wants to make sure his family is sorted for when he eventually passes away by getting proper royalties for the gimmick.
