AEW Dynamite once again topped WWE’s NXT show, this seems to be a weekly occurrence. Both teams did take a hit though and seen their ratings fall.

Bryan Alvarez took to Twitter today to report the numbers. Dynamite gained an average of 654,000 viewers while NXT drew 604,000 average viewers. He also provided some insight into a possible cause for the drop in ratings.

UFC returned to television this week following their UFC 249 pay per view on Saturday. They are known to attract male viewers so it would not be surprising for the favoured Demoggraphic to be switching over to this

All Elite Wrestling’s 654,000 average viewers was down significantly from last week’s 732,000 number. This week’s show was main evented by Brodie Lee and Christopher Daniels with a run-in from Jon Moxley. Whereas Last week’s main event was a bit more exciting which featured an incredibly entertaining Street Fight between the teams of The Elite’s Kenny Omega and Matt Hardy and Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara.

This week’s NXT show was focused on the NXT Tag Team Championships and the fallout between Matt Riddle and Timothy Thatcher. NXT dropped from 663,000 viewers last week to 604,000 this week..
