You may have noticed that there is a new faction within the WWE main roster that we have not seen for a while. The Forgotten Sons have not been included on SmackDown for a while and it has been reported that it will be even longer until they appear back on screen.

A few weeks ago, Jaxon Ryker of the team took to Twitter during the Black Lives Matter protests to support Donald Trump. Protests were being held across the United States due to the murder of George Floyd at the hands of the police. Fightful Select (subscription required) have given a report regarding the team’s current situation. Ryker’s Tweets have not gone down well with WWE stars and management, as a result of this they will be kept off TV.

The team recently got the move up to SmackDown from NXT and were about to start a feud with The New Day. This will now not happen as the Sons have been removed from on screen appearances. There is a lot of sympathy going out for both Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake who are being treated the same as Ryker even though they have openly said they do not agree with what their partner was saying online. There is no heat on them from Management or fellow athletes however the trio are being treated as a unit.

When Ryker sent out the Tweet in support of The President of the United States, many WWE stars such as Mustafa Ali, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn spoke out against him during the protests not only in the United States, but throughout the world.
