With only hours until the PPV goes live across North America and the rest of the world the official WWE party line for anybody asking questions about its poor ticket sales at the box office is the ‘two week build’.

Coming off Saudi Mania where we were treated to an uninspired house show so WWE could collect their pay day means more than just fans watching that event suffer.

There had been simultaneous stories going on before Saudi Mania to try and get both that show over and work towards Stomping Ground but it doesn’t to have appeared to work.

The Universal title match pretty cold, the draw of who will be the referee not enough to get asses on seats. The under card is decent but again the wrestlers let down by uninspired booking.

The great thing is, with the bar so low on tonight’s event the company can only impress, surely.
